REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

- GENERAL POLICY
Deshi Delights operates a cross-border marketplace with international shipping. As such, returns are subject to additional conditions.
- ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns may be accepted if:
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item materially differs from its description
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless defective, the following are non-returnable:
- Perishable food items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items opened or used after delivery
- RETURN PROCESS
4.1 Customers must contact support within 7 days of delivery.
4.2 Proof of issue (photos/videos) may be required.
4.3 Returns are subject to approval due to international shipping constraints.
- REFUNDS
5.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5.2 Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
5.3 Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days.
- DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If damage occurs during transit, Deshi Delights will coordinate investigation with logistics partners and advise the Customer of the resolution.
